Your website should do more
than sit there.
Let it handle the follow-up.

I design and build practical websites, AI sales and support assistants, and workflow systems for businesses that want fewer repetitive tasks and clearer operations.

WEBSITE / SYSTEM

Make the offer clear.
Connect what happens next.

A site can introduce your business. A connected system can collect requests, answer common questions, and keep the work moving.

01 · SERVICES

Start with the part
that wastes the most time.

You do not need everything at once. Each service can work on its own and connect to the rest later.

01 / WEBSITE

Brand website

Clear pages for your services, work, FAQs and contact flow—with basic technical SEO included.

  • Content and page structure
  • Responsive build and technical SEO
  • Contact forms, analytics and launch setup
Starting at US$1,200 Discuss a website
02 / CONVERSATION

AI sales & support assistant

A focused assistant that answers approved questions and guides customers to products, services or booking options.

  • FAQs and product or service recommendations
  • Purchase links and existing booking-page guidance
  • Optional follow-up questions, summaries and notifications
Starting at US$900 Discuss an AI assistant
03 / AUTOMATION

Workflow automation

Connect orders, inventory, email, forms, spreadsheets and existing tools for syncing, notifications and reports.

  • Order, inventory and customer record updates
  • Email sorting, data extraction and task routing
  • Retries, failure alerts and handover documentation
Starting at US$1,000 Discuss an automation
04 / INTERNAL TOOL

Internal data tools

A practical admin view for searching, updating, filtering and exporting the information your team uses.

  • Conditional forms and structured records
  • Search, filters, exports and admin tools
  • Roles, permissions and existing-data imports
Starting at US$2,500 Discuss an internal tool
05 / QUOTATION WORKFLOW

AI-assisted quotation workflow

Extract requirements from text, match them against your catalogue, and calculate prices from rules your team can verify.

  • Requirement and document extraction
  • Catalogue matching and rule-based calculations
  • Missing-item flags, review steps and document output
Starting at US$2,000 Discuss a quotation workflow

Starting prices are planning anchors for small, clearly scoped projects. Final pricing depends on content volume, data quality, integrations, testing and ongoing support.

Website scope: I can connect existing checkout, payment or booking services, but I do not currently build custom ecommerce or payment systems from scratch.

02 · SELECTED WORK

Four projects.
Four different problems.

Each one was built around the information people use, the decisions they make and the follow-up the work requires.

03 · PROTOTYPE / PRODUCTION

AI helps me build faster.
I still own the delivery.

I use AI throughout development. I remain responsible for defining the scope, testing the result, launching it and resolving agreed issues after launch.

PROTOTYPE

Prove the direction

A prototype shows the main screen and path with test data. It is useful for learning, discussion and deciding whether the idea deserves a larger investment.

  • Core interaction is visible
  • Manual recovery is acceptable
  • Built to validate, not to run daily operations
PRODUCTION

Support real operations

A production system has to work with real users and data, including the moments when information is missing, a service fails or the workflow changes.

  • Real accounts, data and usage conditions
  • Defined handling for normal and failed states
  • Launch, ownership and maintenance are agreed

04 · HOW WE WORK

A small project
still needs a clear process.

Before work begins, you will know what is included, what needs your input and what happens after launch.

  1. 01
    Show me the current workflow

What customers ask, what your team repeats, and where information gets lost.

  2. 02
    Define the smallest useful scope

I turn the problem into pages, data, rules and integrations you can review.

  3. 03
    Build, test and adjust

You see a working version early. We refine real interactions instead of debating a document.

  4. 04
    Launch with a maintenance plan

Before handoff, we decide what you can update and what I continue to maintain.

05 · ABOUTTAICHUNG / REMOTE

One point of contact,
from scope to launch.

I am Kuan-Ming Chen, based in Taichung, Taiwan. I work directly with you on scoping, design, implementation, deployment and ongoing maintenance—without handoffs between sales and production.

If a request falls outside what I can deliver reliably or needs a specialist, I will say so before quoting instead of promising an unverified feature.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Tell me what your team still handles by hand.
I’ll help you decide what is worth building first.

I work with English clients entirely in writing. WhatsApp or email keeps every decision documented and lets me start straight from a written brief — so I don’t take phone or video calls in English.
